AD 015 is high performance tile filler it is designed for the strains of permanently stressed areas such swimming pools, facaces tile-on-tile refurbishment, re-surfaces old substrate.

Application
The processing time is approximately 1.5 hours. Apply a thin contact layer onto the substrate with flat side of a trowel. Right after this use the trowel to spread the right
amount of adhesive evenly.
SETTING TIME
- receiving another layer of application approximately 24 hours
MIXING
Mix AD 015 with clean, fresh water only. For one 25kg bag approx. 7.5 – 8.0 litres of water is require. Add gradually the powder to the water while mixing to achieve a
lump-free mix. Use slow speed drill mixer (400 – 500 rpm) and mix for a minimum of 3 minutes to produce a homogeneous consistency. After a maturity time mix the material again for 1 minute to attain long workability. Material which is already setting must not be mixed again or diluted as this will affect the final properties.
