Description
AD 016 is a water-based polysiloxane dispersing agent, characterised by its high capacity to penetrate all absorbent mineral materials used in the building industry. The water-repellent treatment formed by AD 016 also improves the cleaning process faster and more effective.
AD 016 protects from humidity and water rising and absorption, avoiding the formation of efflorescences, algae, molds and detachments.
AD 016 is a high-penetration, colourless water-repellent treatment for cementitious renders, cellular concrete, bricks, façade horizontal substrates, natural and artificial stones

SUBSTRATE REQUIREMENT
The substrate must be clean and free from all loose particles, dust, oil, grease and any other contaminants.
The substrates must be absorptive to allow the hydrophobic agent to penetrate. Damp substrates should not be hydrophobised, as the hydrophobic agent will not penetrate the material.
Application
AD 016 can be applied by brush, roller or manual sprayer pump, following standard construction practice.
